Brudolff Hotels group’s motto is 'big enough to matter, small enough to care', and that applies as much to our staff as our customers. We have one hotel in Aberdeen at present, The Craighaar Hotel, and with our other three hotels in the north east of scotland, we try to plan our staffing for the longer term, with appropriate training and development.
